We collect what an order needs and nothing beyond it.

What we hold
Name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, order contents and order history. Card details are handled by iyzico and are never stored on our systems. Your basket lives only in your own browser until you place the order.
Who else sees it
The payment provider (iyzico) receives what a payment requires. The carrier receives the delivery address and parcel details. Customs authorities in the destination country receive the commercial invoice. No one else, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal retention duty applies (invoices must be kept for the statutory period). Write to sales@mbus.store.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your language, currency, theme and basket are kept in your browser's local storage — they never reach our servers and are not used to identify you.
