Shipping
Orders ship from İstanbul, Türkiye. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the real weight and destination — not estimated afterwards.

Handling time
Items in stock leave our premises within 1–3 working days of payment. Items marked in production or made to order carry a lead time that is stated on the product page and confirmed by email before we charge.
Transit and tracking
Every shipment is tracked. The tracking link appears on your order tracking page and in an email as soon as the parcel is handed over. Typical transit to the EU is 2–5 working days; other destinations vary by carrier and customs.
Customs and duties
Shipments leave Türkiye as an export: Turkish VAT is not charged. Import duty and VAT in the destination country are payable by the recipient unless the checkout explicitly states duties are prepaid. We prepare the commercial invoice, HS codes and export declaration for every parcel.
Digital products
Software licenses are delivered by email once payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped and no shipping cost applies to a digital-only order.
