Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR, USD or TRY. Deliveries outside Türkiye are export sales and carry no Turkish VAT; deliveries within Türkiye carry 20% VAT. Payment is taken by iyzico on their secure page; card details never reach our servers.
Delivery terms
Unless the checkout states otherwise, goods are sold DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms 2020): we arrange and pay carriage to the destination; import duties and taxes are payable by the buyer. Risk passes to the buyer when the goods are made available at the destination.
Governing law
Turkish law applies and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. This does not remove consumer rights that apply in the buyer's own country where those rights cannot be waived by contract.
