Returns
Unused equipment can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Tell us before sending anything back so the return reaches the right place.

What can be returned
Hardware in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, within 14 days of delivery. Devices that have been wired into an installation, opened or modified cannot be returned as unused — but if a device is faulty, that is a warranty matter, not a return.
Software licenses cannot be returned once the key has been issued, because the key cannot be taken back. If a license does not work, we fix it or replace it.
How it works
Write to sales@mbus.store with the order number and what you want to return. We reply with the return address and a reference. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Refunds go back to the card used for payment within 14 days of the returned goods reaching us and passing inspection.
Warranty
Hardware carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. Damage from incorrect wiring, over-voltage, water or physical impact is outside the warranty.
